KoçanTitle
If you do not have the koçan in your name, you do not yet own the property — whatever the contract says.
EşdeğerTitle
“Equivalent” title, allocated after 1974 in compensation for property left in the south.
AidatBuilding
The communal service charge for a development — pool, gardens, security, lifts.
Kat irtifakıBuilding
Construction servitude — the interim right registered over a unit in a building that is not yet complete.
