How it works
- You send the basics
Project or address, size, bedrooms, asking price, and the title category. Five minutes.
- We check the paperwork
A Land Registry search on the parcel, at our cost. You get a copy either way.
- We photograph it
A surveyor visits and photographs the unit with date and GPS embedded. This is what earns the Surveyed badge.
- It goes live with a price check
Your listing shows your asking price against the area median for that unit type and stage.
- Enquiries come to you
We pass qualified enquiries with the buyer’s budget and timeline. No fee from you either way.
The honest version of the deal. We make money from the buyer side, by introducing qualified buyers to partner agencies. Listing your property free costs us a Land Registry search and a site visit, and it makes our price data better. That is the whole arrangement.
Questions
What if my title has not been issued yet?
We will still list it, marked “title pending” with the stage it is at. Buyers here ask about title within the first two messages, and a listing that surfaces it early gets better enquiries.
Can I list if I am still paying the developer?
Usually yes, but check your contract for the transfer fee and any minimum-paid threshold. We list it with the outstanding balance and transfer terms stated.
Do you set my price?
No. You set it. We show it against the area median, and we will tell you privately if we think it will not sell at that number. Then it is your call.
