We check things, and we say when we checked them
Northern Cyprus has plenty of property websites. What it does not have is one that publishes the sample behind a number, the date it was verified, and what it does not know. That gap is the entire reason this exists.
What we do
We track residential projects being sold in Northern Cyprus. For each one we run a Land Registry search on the plot, match the price list against the developer’s current terms, and where we can, visit the site and photograph it. Then we publish all of it, including the parts that are unflattering.
How we make money
We introduce qualified buyers to partner agencies and are paid a commission by them on completion. Buyers pay us nothing and sellers pay us nothing. We say this plainly because a business model you have to guess at is a reason not to trust the data.
What we will not do
- Publish a yield figure we cannot support with a sample.
- Print an estimated price where we have no data.
- Call anything “the best”, “guaranteed” or “number one”.
- Remove an unflattering fact because a developer asked.
- Sell your contact details to anyone.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, tell us. We correct it, date the correction, and record it in a public change log.
