What we collect and why
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, your phone number, your budget band and, if you give them, the area and timeline you are interested in. We use these to answer the enquiry and to route it to a colleague who speaks your language.
Sharing with partner agencies
Our business model is introducing qualified buyers to partner agencies. We do this only when you ask us to arrange a viewing or an introduction, and we tell you which agency at the time. We do not pass your details to anyone speculatively.
Analytics
We use privacy-preserving analytics that do not set advertising cookies or build cross-site profiles. You can browse the entire site without accepting anything.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Any of the three, by email, and we do it within 30 days.
